No Down Time November!
November had the DeMarse Meetings team running all around town and even to another state! Here’s how our November looked!
- November 5-7: This was a two-for-one deal! One of our clients requested out help working an event they were hosting at ICEBAR in Orlando. While we were there, we made some time to do a planning meeting, space walk-throughs, menu tastings and even go through a team building at Epcot for this clients annual meeting in February!
- November 11-12: Several of our team members were on-site in Tampa for the first Women in Healthcare Leadership (WiHL) summit at the Center for Advanced Learning and Simulations (CAMLS) in Tampa. This summit was designed to inspire and motivate individuals to make a meaningful difference by discovering and maximizing strengths, building new competencies, amplifying networks, and building the confidence needed to continuously strive for greater success.
- November 20-22: A couple of our team members jetted off to Birmingham Alabama for the 2013 Healthcare Financial Management Association of Alabama Fall Institute. We did things a little bit differently at this conference and kept the general session room inside the exhibit hall to ensure maximum exposure for the exhibitors. Both the attendees and the exhibitors loved the amount of networking time they were given!
- November 22: The Ladies in Red were in full force at A La Carte Pavilion, working registration, setting up décor and taking care of all the behind-the-scenes action for the Tampa Bay Partnership’s Annual Community Update, which drew 575 attendees. Keep an eye out for pictures to come on our Facebook page. We were ALL Tampa Bay that day!
On top of all that, the DeMarse Meetings team pulled together and helped plan and execute the wedding of one of our own, Event Manger Ashley (Arquette) Evans.
November has certainly been a month to remember!
