MediFuture2024 – Community Partners
The Tampa Hillsborough EDC hosted 50 community leaders at the University Club for lunch today to share the MediFuture vision. Attendees include local and state government officials, CEO’s and executives from healthcare, technology, construction, staffing, pharmaceutical, retail, real estate, finance, academic,media and communications. This forward thinking conference around disruptive healthcare will take place in June 2014 and is expected to attract 1,000 thought leaders from around the US. The EDC, who is leading the initiative to help Tampa plant the flag as leader in disruptive healthcare, is looking for regional participation to help showcase Tampa’s assets. They have united an award winning team to put together this one-of-a-kind conference experience. Josh Michaelson, Principle at Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center, shared a little about their organization and how the content will be crafted to truly showcase the healthcare system of the future. The lunch concluded with Colleen Chappell and Patrick Owning from ChappellRoberts providing a preview of our national marketing, Kriste Goad, with Revive Health, sharing highlights of our public relations campaign and Stacy DeMarse from DeMarse Meetings provided highlights of how the attendee, exhibitor and sponsor experience will be unique.
