Making an Impact with Color on a Budget

The easiest way to transform a boring meeting room into a bright and vibrant environment is by adding color. Easier said than done with a tight budget! Here are a few tips that will make a big impact without breaking the bank:
- Table Linens are an easy way to add color if you are setting your room in rounds or crescent rounds. Consider using alternative house linens in the room to add a pop of color and provide contrast. Make sure to ask your hotel when doing a site selection what color linens they provide complimentary as most will have a few options. If the hotel only has black and white, consider alternative colors to create a fun checkerboard look and add a pop of color to the tables by placing something in the center of the table.
- LED Lighting is another easy way to bring life to your space. You can even change the mood of your meeting throughout the day by changing the color. You can typically spend less than $1,000 to add lighting and this will by far make the biggest impact to your space.
